HitPredictor Chart Results


The past few years have been great to Justin Bieber who last year was ranked number 2 on the Forbes list of Best-Paid Celebrities under 30. Announced in Feburary as the leadoff single to his album Believe, “Boyfriend” is now a HitPredictor at Mainstream Top 40.

Nicki Minaj’s second official single from from Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded is “Right by My Side” and it features Chris Brown; It’s a HitPredictor at Rhythmic and Urban this week.

Trey Songz Chapter V isn’t set to be released until the Summer of 2012, but he’s got a hit right now with his Urban HitPredictor, “Heart Attack“.

Gavin Degraw has been wowing the judges on Dancing with the Stars, especially last week when he danced a tango with partner Karina Smirnoff. Who knows what he will do this week, but his single “Sweeter” is showing itself to be a big followup to his hit “Next To You.” The band One Direction owes their career to Nicole Scherzinger of The X Factor, after they were put together as a band when failing to qualify as solo acts. Both songs are Hot AC HitPredictors this week.

While currently in the middle of their tour, Fun, whose “We Are Young” single is already a hit at Mainstream Top 40 and Hot AC are going for the trifecta this month, as the song becomes a Mainstream AC HitPredictor this week.

One of Grunge’s original superstar acts Chris Cornell and Soundgarden are back with their latest hit, “Live To Rise” from the soundtrack of The Avengers movie. It’s an Alternative and Active Rock HitPredictor this week.

Foo Fighters walked away with 5 of the 6 Grammys they were nominated for at the 54th Grammy Awards in February. Their seventh studio album, Wasting Light lost out to Adele for Album of the Year. “Bridges Burning” is the 4th single off the album and it’s an Active Rock HitPredictor this week.
